Typically we start by blasting away rust, dirt and other impurities and end with a pristine durable finish that will last for many years to come whether the piece is brand new or a century old.
Our finishes are limited only by your imagination. Some work looks best completely raw, rusted and otherwise unfinished or with a protective clear coat. For durability and longevity we offer a selection of high quality paints and for the ultimate finish we reccommend powdercoating.
Powder Coating is a type of durable coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form. The coating is applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a “skin”. The powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. Powder coating is mainly used for coating of metals, such as household appliances, aluminum extrusions, drum hardware, and automobile and bicycle parts.

Colors and finish options are virtually unlimited though custom colors tend to cost more than standard colors.
